Thank you so much for this post! I send out thank you cards each month to the candidates that I have hired. I thank them for joining our team and remind them that if they are feeling down they can always loop back to recruitment (where they started!) and seek some help from me! I usually don’t hear anything back but seeing your video reminded me that I don’t need to! … And your bloopers made me lol. Thanks again Ginger!
